This applies to modern style boilers, the type usually installed since 1990. The service include inspection and testing, cleaning and adjusting, flue gas analysis, combustion calibration, and minor repairs and certification.

Boiler Service

This is a gas safety check on a property that includes a gas fire. Gas fires are more involved and required specific test procedures. Please be aware, it is safety CHECK, so it can fail, as well as, (hopefully), pass. The charge is still the same

Landlords Gas Safety Check (without a gas fire)

This is a gas safety check and a boiler service.  Please be aware, it is safety CHECK, so it can fail, as well as, (hopefully), pass. The charge is still the same

Landlords Gas Safety Check & Boiler Service

This is for the older type of boiler in a chimeny recess with a gas fire frontage. Inspection and testing, cleaning and adjusting, flue flow and spillage check, combustion calibration, cleaning and minor repairs and certification. Also includes the service of the gas fire front.

Boiler Service (old-style back boiler)

The service includes inspection and testing to both the boiler and hot water cylinder. flue gas analysis, combustion calibration to the boiler. Service certification for both the boiler and cylinder

Boiler Service and Cylinder Service

This is a gas safety check on a property with two appliance i.e. boiler and hob, or, boiler and cooker. Please be aware, it is a gas safety check, so it can fail as well as (hopefully) pass. The charge is still the same

Landlords Gas Safety Check (with a gas fire)

Fault diagnostics. A repair will be made if the problem is fixable within the 30 minute slot. If further work is required or parts needed, this is an extra charge over and above, for which a quotation will be given.
